Not at all. Most of our recurring clients give us a key, code, or lockbox access. We treat your home like our own — fully insured and background-checked.

Life happens. Just give us 24 hours notice and we'll move your visit to a time that works. No fees, no fuss.
03 Will it really be the same team every time?
Yes. We pair you with a dedicated crew so they get to know your home — which mug goes where, which plant needs watering. Continuity is the point.
04 Do you bring your own supplies?
Always. We bring eco-friendly products, fresh microfiber cloths, and a HEPA vacuum to every visit. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know.
